This year I have been very disappointed with the service I have received. I have booked an appointment turned up to the showroom and I’ve been told the appointment got cancelled without letting me know. Rebooked the appointment left my car for servicing I’ve been told someone would call me when the car was ready, waited whole day no one reached out even though the car was ready to be collected few hours ago.
