    We had to cancel several times due to there mistakes, being reassured that there would be a hire car at the show room every time we got there they would come up with excuses. Not happy

    Service was fine, but had to phone at 5.30 to see if it was ready to collect and got caught in traffic. They failed to contact me when it was ready.

    I have been visiting the dealership every time when my car needs to be fixed or a regular service. This year I have been very disappointed with the service I have received. I have booked an appointment turned up to the showroom and I’ve been told the appointment got cancelled without letting me know. Rebooked the appointment left my car for servicing I’ve been told someone would call me when the car was ready, waited whole day no one reached out even though the car was ready to be collected few hours ago. Very disappointed
