    Just had my car's first M O.T and this was my 2nd visit to Palmers the first being its first service.
    Customer service just as good as before.
    My ONLY gripe is I have mobility issues and can only sit for a short time I asked for the first test time which was 8.30am I did not realise they don't M.O.T on site the Car is taken away to another location.
    The whole M.O T took 3 hours.
    Hence 4 stars - sorry.

    During bookings the staff should mention how long a service can take. In the customers waiting area I would usually expect magazines, news papers and a help your self coffee and tea machine. When entering the showroom it would be better to have a clear understanding where the service desk is based rather than being passed on to two members of staff before reaching the correct desk. More car park space would be desirable and clear signage where to exit would be beneficial. Otherwise a very polite and bubbly, friendly team and a fantastic car service. Highly recommend this branch!
