    I had problems the week previous because the car was booked in for a service over a week before and when I got there because they had apparently phoned me while I was driving there 20 minutes previous (but was busy driving) to say that the courtesy car was not back and they would not lend me another car like a salesman's car, Which i know they can do.
    I was also Furious at the salesman because he also made me feel like I was the second class citizen.
    This however now has been sorted through Cupra as I complained to them about the dealership and what I experienced,and they were extremely apologetic and sorted it out for me and escalated this at the dealership.
    NO further action needs to be taken by yourselves however this needs to be noted down on file about the service department.
