    I am very satisfied and very emotional with happiness with the level of service I received from Rahath. He is very efficient and responded to all of my emails very efficiently and always returned my calls. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and ensured that he explained everything in detail so there was no confusion On my end. I have previously purchased four Mercedes vehicles from different dealerships and I have never had a transaction be this smooth and easy. When I came to collect my vehicle, I was discharged from hospital a few hours earlier. I was going to cancel my appointment at the last Minute because I felt very sad and weak and was not excited about the car but my partner forced me stating it might make me feel better and it would be rude to Rahath to cancel last minute. I was very sad and weak and Rahath Made my day so happy with his little gestures such as a beautiful keyring And putting a bow and cover on the car, allowing me to take pictures and taking pictures of me and my partner next to the car. He done a little show for us next to the vehicle and made me feel very special which I have never felt before with my last four vehicles. I left Mercedes feeling very emotional from happiness and shed a few tears in the car thanks to Rahath. Rahath made This experience feel very personal and not like a sales interaction like my previous sales were. Previously It was clear the associate never wanted to answer my questions or care about my happiness. They just wanted to complete the sale for their commission however Rahath Never made me feel like this it literally felt very comfortable, He was very kind to me and empathetic due to my health issues And was very accommodating to me because of my hard schedule being in and out of hospital. He didn’t look down on me or make me feel bad at all. I hope everybody gets to work with him and experience the pleasure that I did. There are no words that can explain how happy he made me. I was more happy with his caring attitude and the little show and keyring and his empathy then I was with the actual vehicle. Kindness Goes a long way and is much more important than materialistic items. Thank you Rahath & Mercedes Loughton.

I’ve been quite disappointed with Mercedes after the technical issues I told you about regarding my EQC and didn’t find Mercedes staff to be helpful but you’ve definitely changed my perspective on Mercedes.
