    Shaun from Loughton Mercedes-Benz was fantastic in answering questions and making sure that the procedures was followed and was smoothly done. He was always available to answer questions when I called up and when I went to pick up my car he made sure he taught me about all the fixtures and all of the stuff inside the car and also he made sure he updated my app in the car before I left. I feel that this was such an amazing service and Sean is a credit to Mercedes with his fantastic customer skills and his friendly character, he’s a perfect salesperson

    My experience with Sean was without doubt above standard. I suffer from anxiety and Sean reassured me throughout and explained everything cross checking that I understood. He even offered to take a picture for my own memories which I would not have thought of but fondly look back on now.
