    Although there was a long delay created byToyota’s head office which was entirely avoidable. The actual hand over by Nathan (the SLM sales representative) was first class. Which involved me sitting in the driver’s seat whilst he methodically covered all of the car’s controls and dials to me in great detail.
    Truly a great shame that Toyota head office literally ruined a what would have been an impeccable experience.
