Richard was brilliant. However the service we received from Harvey on the first visit was great but on the second visit we had made an appointment to test drive a specific car and to find Harvey had double booked himself and another sales person had taken the car. We were left waiting for more than 30 mins. Harvey did apologise which was appreciated but as we had another appointment we had to go back later. As I said though Richard has been brilliant.
