    Not impressed I asked for some minor things to be checked during a service and they have not been completed satisfactory. This is the 2nd time this has happened, not impressed.

    I don’t think Holden Volvo has my car listed as motability as we keep getting emails asking us to buy a service plan etc etc. also when the car was booked in a replacement car was requested. I was assured by the service advisor that this would be ok. On the day no replacement car therefore I had to cancel my GP appointment

    Excellent service and very friendly staff, but the reason for 1 star, I don't expect the valeting staff to steal from the vehicle. It was sorted out and action taken but its a trust issue and makes younfeel.nervous

    All great with Norwich but confusing with mobility as received letter to say I hadn’t booked a service on the day the car was due in. Thank you for clarify the appointment.
    Great customer service although the walk in is far for a disabled person. Especially when disabled bays weren’t available.
    The service itself was wonderful. However, the wax used on the windscreen made it extremely difficult to see out of. Which was worsened as it was the evening and the lights glared making it pretty impossible to see properly. Perhaps a water wash would be the way to go on the windscreen.
    Thank you for following up the service and experience and I look forward to bringing it in next year.

    Had booked In for 3 months!! when I picked car up was told couldn't change spark plugs because they didn't have any now got to take another day of for you to now do this!! would love to know how much notice you actually need!
