    People are nice. But car went in for a service and recall and I got it back to them telling my none of the cameras now work. So all camera parking aids I am without for a few weeks until they can fix it. How is this possible??

    Ensured we got a loan car for the service we had ..
    Very very poor parking area no room to park or turn around etc for customers very difficult parking
    Sadly the service team did not reset the car computers trip so it still shows needs a service so have to go back..again to get this done..basic thing not done ..
    So all I all 3-4stars but could of been less
    staff at reception desk are great and they clean the car outside very good
    Inside they missed a few places out..
    But happy to have it cleaned

    Came in to see Malvin and had a first class experience .. made us very welcome offered us hot drinks and gave us a good look around the car and answered any questions we had

    My husband was made to feel a little embarrassed when a small dent on the door was pointed out to him.
    "That's a bit naughty" as the person pointed to the car, as my husband explained that it was done while taking our child to Great Ormond Street in London, a Motorbike courier scraped the car trying to squeeze through very heavy traffic. My husband apologised for the damage and we will get it repaired at cost to ourselves before returning the car.
