    I had a great experience with Hyundai through the Motability scheme. James Hallum was excellent — very friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all of my questions and kept me well informed throughout the process. When I had a small issue with the car, James dealt with it quickly and professionally.     HYUNDEI was really good had test,drive and coffee while showing us around the car. GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION. Unfortunately the M.G garage was the most unavailable showroom in Peterborough went in and when asked for a showroom attending was told had to wait,fot the salesman who was outside and he,knew nothing about motobility and said they,did not have,a car to test drive.

    To be honest, kept the car longer than that was first told no Valentin service even though it was offered, the parts that have won through default/manufacturer issues refuse to fix them. Just didn’t find the staff as friendly to myself and my wife were people that were paying for the service was treated much better to people through Mobility.

    While the appointment was booked as a 3pm waiting job, the service took longer than anticipated due to a delay in receiving authorisation from Motability via 1link. We understand how frustrating this must have been and regret any inconvenience caused.
