    Ross was great he took time out to show us all the features of the cars that we were looking at. We talked about what was best for me and my mobility issues. He then showed us several cars that could fit into that bracket. We talked about the negatives of the car for me, on our test drive, Ross made sure that we were aware of every feature in the car

    We were helped by a very knowledgeable and friendly representative (Dean) who talked us through the process and our options in a thorough but uncomplicated manner. He took my autism into account and made sure I understood everything (without being patronising, which is hard to do!) and that I was comfortable with it. I didn't feel any pressure to go ahead if I didn't want to, and he talked to me directly, and not through my (male) carer, which often happens, and which I was anticipating would happen when looking at cars, so I was very pleasantly surprised. He makes a good coffee too :) Would recommend Wings to anyone, but especially to people using the Motability scheme/neurodivergent folks.

    Both sales executives were courteous, friendly, patient and supportive. However, we have one big concern around this dealership; when placing the order the dealer requested that we pay a £500 deposit, additionally we were told that should we cancel the order we would have to pay a £1500 cancellation fee. Whilst this cannot be legally enforceable, we assumed that this is now common practice post Covid (we never experienced this when ordering previous Motability vehicles). Since placing the order and paying the £500 deposit we have since discovered that other Skoda dealers do not demand deposits or impose cancellation fees from their Motability customers. Whilst we have no intention of cancelling our order, we are somewhat disappointed by the experience and now regret not driving slightly further afield to order this car from a dealer who does not impose such financial demands from their customers

    I have been dealing with Skoda for 8 years now and on my fourth car (for one reason or another) and I have nothing but exceptional service. I have dealt with Scott at Skoda for the last 3 years and always receive top notch out of this world treatment and support. Trish (servicing who I have dealt with consistently since using Wings at kings lynn) and Tracey (admin)are also phenomena. Will never deal with any other dealership because of these three wonderful people
