Had the car very quickly and was updated though out the process - Rating 5.0Jan 9, 2024Ross was great he took time out to show us all the features of the cars that we were looking at. We talked about what was best for me and my mobility issues. He then showed us several cars that could fit into that bracket. We talked about the negatives of the car for me, on our test drive, Ross made sure that we were aware of every feature in the car
- Rating 5.0Jan 6, 2024We were helped by a very knowledgeable and friendly representative (Dean) who talked us through the process and our options in a thorough but uncomplicated manner. He took my autism into account and made sure I understood everything (without being patronising, which is hard to do!) and that I was comfortable with it. I didn't feel any pressure to go ahead if I didn't want to, and he talked to me directly, and not through my (male) carer, which often happens, and which I was anticipating would happen when looking at cars, so I was very pleasantly surprised. He makes a good coffee too :) Would recommend Wings to anyone, but especially to people using the Motability scheme/neurodivergent folks.
