    Ross was great. He was polite and professional but listened to what I wanted. Without me even asking he lifted my scooter into the Enjaq to see how it fitted.

    Ross was fantastic, he was patient and thorough. At a time where a lot of judgement is made about motability I was anxious about going but not once was I made to feel uncomfortable or like I shouldn’t be there.
