My point of contact and sales man was Anil Masand, and honestly he has left me and my family speachless with the level and quality of service he had provided us. From the very start to the very end he had been very hospitable , approachable and helpful. Whenever we attempted to contact him, he was there, no matter am or pm. The man had given his heart into making sure we had a smooth handover and we honestly cannot thank him enough. The whole process is generally quite stressful and nerve racking; however Anil eliminated all of those for me and my family. On top of his excellence service, he is a great person who works with honesty, integrity and passion. Not a lot of sales men have all of these attributes, whilst Anil has the full package. Therefore, due to the all of the above and due to the exceptional service, we will definitely be re visiting this branch in the near future.
