    It was not good they couldn’t even clean or wash the car as they were having issues with the people that do them . Other than that it was ok . Glad I am going elsewhere now .

    Service was okay, however we were told the car would be cleaned and valet would be done as it wasn't done on collection a year ago, only to be told it's shut and they can't do it anyway,
    Courtesy car wasn't what was promised when the booking was originally taken therefore it was rejected and alternative transport was taken

    Enthusiasm was great initially very pleasant by dealer. Made it look like an easy process. However, Lots of chasing on delivery date that eventually was delayed by a couple of months, which doesn’t help when you are dependant on a car. Finally when car arrived, went over paperwork. Signed then car handed over. Realised later in the day car was not as originally ordered and paid. Although motability paperwork reflected what was originally agreed and ordered was not the case with car dealership. Made to feel it was my fault and I was inadequate and should have checked car before signing, although this option not given. I really hope this was an isolated incident as I walked away from this experience very upset. Please take into account that those going through this scheme may require additional support especially if it’s their first time ordering. Protected characteristics are there for a reason and this has certainly been missed with my experience.
