    Turned up to my appt and they said they had canclled the appointmentband wasnt sure whu and to come back another day as they had no hire car for me as arranged. However theybdidbdo the mot whilstbibwaoting for 1.5 hoursbwhich wasnt ideal

    Werent able to get the repairs done as motability didnt approve them.

    Eg windwipers are smearing in current weather conditions these not being approved will result in another trip back to them.

    Not enough notice given for collecting the vehicle

    Not enough customer parking on site, made it very difficult to get in and out of car when dropping off at a not so busy time.
