    Very good service. The team at Watford could not do enough to help us. I travelled over 100miles to Watford for this reason. I had obtained 3 previous motability vehicles from Watford because of the service and highly recommend them. I tried to visit the Renault team in Kings Lynn and the service we received was horrific, asking for a deposit despite the deposit scheme and a waiting time for the vehicle of over 9 months so I called Mr Fernando at watford who helped me immediately. I had my vehicle within 4 weeks.

    I dealt with a bloke called Sammy who arranged everything over the phone as I was unable to make it to the dealership due to health reasons
    He was great it gave me all the information I required.

    Arrived at staples corner branch, and was greeted by a service advisor from the Watford branch. The service man was great, he explained what was going to happen and that there was an update of software as well as my service to be done. He arranged my courtesy car and showed me the controls. When my car was done he contacted me via telephone and I picked my car up.
