I have often put off repairs due to feeling I’m treated less than other customers, that are not on motability scheme - I would like to add, this is our first vehicle on motability scheme, before this we had a Range Rover Land Rover and BMW - we were not treated with what I feel was animosity with other car companies. I do feel this poor treatment is due to being on motability which is discrimination and extremely disappointing.
It was also noted that service was overdue - as your calls are recorded, I would like to it to be noted it was again, a rather abrupt man that booked 1st MOT (cancelled appointment) and said I should wait until MOT.
