    My experience was excellent! Diwa Afghan and her colleague who went through the controls with me were patient and thorough. The paperwork was dealt with quite quickly and then we were taken to the car. It was revealed to me, ready to drive away, in a room with coloured lighting and was sporting a large red bow. It was lovely that a real ceremony was made of the handover and we took lots of photos before we left. It certainly made it into a fun experience!
