    Ms Sinead Blackman who elegantly is the Motability specialist of that branch was ironic and rudely sarcastic. She had a very poor knowledge of the scheme considering the years she claims to be specialised in Motability customers. She was unwilling to assist for further adaptations regarding my health conditions and disabilities. All the questions I asked her regarding the car I ordered she answered none of them and stated that she is clueless. I have many concerns about this order already!
