First time buying a Kia & first time using this garage. First thing I noticed is when I asked the person on the phone is it by the Chinese roundabout where I brought the car they said yes. Then I received a Curtis call the day before and they said no it’s Elmer’s end . Anyway I opted for the leave the car rather then waiting. Normally as I’ve dealt with many different manufacturers it’s done within 5-6 hrs . So I dropped it off at 8am called at 2pm nobody answered the phone, I called again and asked the lady is it ready she was quite rude and abrupt saying we have until 5pm nobody is here to ask at what stage we are at as all at lunch . Really at 2pm everyone but I needed the car back to collect my daughter at 5.15 . So I decided to take a slow walk down there and arrived around 3.45-4pm . Asked the lady behind the desk is it ready no she replied and said if you want to wait go in the cabin outside. Now they finally finished it at 5pm 9hrs to change the oil & oil filter do you think this is really acceptable both the ladies are rude , aggressive and argumentative. Very poor service courtesy goes a long way..
