- Rating 2.0Dec 6, 2024The sales person Caitlin was not available do the handover on Tuesday due to personal reasons and would be back on Friday. We were signposted to another sales executive called Wesley. The overall handover was ok but had a problem as one phone which was not connecting to the Audi software.
Told we could call back if we still had a problem. Called back on Wednesday to be told that Wesley was was not in. We went to Audi and George sorted out our problem with the software glitch.
We were emailed before our collection from Caitlin to say she would call us to see how we were getting on with car on Friday. Unfortunately this never happened which is pretty disappointing. When seeing George on Wednesday Caitlan was at the work.I would appreciate honesty maybe once the deal has been completed the service level diminishes
