    Good customer communication, but the services could be better. I felt as a disabled person there was a lot left to be desired- the toilet for example needs upgrading, it has been the same for as long as I can remember and is a nightmare to access. There are no refreshments available, not even paid ones. Whilst the service was excellent I feel that if I'd had to wait around gor my car for hours (I took a taxi and returned later) it would not have been a pleasant experience

    Terrible got my car back returned to me with scratches on both front and back passenger doors. A dealership I won't be using again I will get my car serviced elsewhere.
