    Few things I didn't like, 1 I was told car is ready to pick up so I took an Uber to get to Bromley from Croydon asap I had to pick up my daughter from school at 3.25. When I reached an hour later from the phone call feom the dealership!!! I found out the car was getting washed and is not ready for collection!!! I panicked and had to make my husband get rest of day off to go pick up our daughter. If car is not ready to be picked up why call and say how soon can you get here??? 2nd thing I didn't like was there wa sno written report and the online video report was noisy and could barely hear anything. I had to go Kwik fit twice to get tyres checked because I didn't fully understand what was the issue with the car. Also 2ladies were sitting in the reception area but nobody bothered to get up open the door even though they could see I had a buggy on me

    Paperwork was lost and the car was in the car park for 2 weeks, it was only when I called for a update they realised my car was with them. I then had calls back and forth asking questions about what had happened and how will I be paying (because they didn't record it as motability).in total the car was with them for 3 weeks and when collected it hadn't been cleaned or covers on seats.

    Cannot praise highly enough the service provided by Mercedes Benz Croydon, from the service department receptionist who was very friendly, helpful and efficient to the delivery drivers who collected and returned the vehicle who again were very friendly, pleasant and courteous to the service department who kept me fully informed of the service and a complete video of the areas of the car that had been examined. The car was returned in a spotless condition having been fully valeted. First class service.

    Extremely poor service
    I was very disappointed in the state of the courtesy car. No petrol- I had to put £10 worth, extremely dirty inside and outside. Deflated tyre and no screen wash in the car- message kept appearing on dash board. B1 service 304 days overdue message keeps appearing on the dash board. This was the worst service I have ever received from Mercedes. As a company you need to do much better.

    Communication was poor. Not enough information was given to waiting times. Did not leave the dealership 3 hours after my appointment with was 9.30am.

    Poor service when collecting my vehicle.
    Not felt welcome, was just handed over my key, no one telling me where I'd find my car or what had been done to the car. Too busy dealing with customers that arrived after me. May have to rethink of which branch I use for my services and MOTs

    Absolutely appalling service. They held my car in the garage for well over a week. Never gave me regular updates. I had to call for any update but could never get through phone just kept ringing. Then I had to call cyrill the driver who was only person who would kindly help me. I then call following week (17/07) to ask for an update and was informed by Chenise my car would be finished and dropped off that day and waited all day but no one dropped my car off nor did I receive a call to say why. Following day my husband who is self employed had to take time off work to take me to Mercedes Benz Croydon where I confronted Satchin directly. Satchin proceeded to lie about how they were on their way to dropping my car off on Monday but had to come back due to another identified fault. If Cyril had my number to call me initially would this other driver who he claimed was Shane not have had my number to call me straight away to let me know what was happening with my car or at least call me the following morning instead I got nothing and made to wait. I was housebound for over a week, I missed medical appointments for my lack of circulation. Had I not gone in on Tuesday to confront Satchin my car would probably still be at the garage. I am currently in the process of constructing my formal complaint which I will submit to Satchins manager, motoring trades associations and possibly the CEO of Mercedes Croydon.
