Our priority is to provide impartial, free guidance on the Motability scheme if you, or someone you care for, receives the Higher Rate Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement or Armed Forces Independence Payment, to make sure we find the best fit.

    Richard was absolutely incredible! He was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Earlier that day, I had visited Volvo to complete an application for a different car, but the experience left me feeling completely out of place and unwelcome. I was pressured to sign documents before October 1st, which, being pregnant, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I decided to leave and take some time to think.

    Not long after, I called Ford, and from the very first conversation, the difference was remarkable. The team were friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They were even able to fit me in on the same day. I arrived at around 3:40 pm, very close to closing time, yet the welcome I received was warm and relaxed. Richard in particular stood out. Despite mentioning that the team had a staff party that evening, he never once made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience.

    Having worked in hospitality for many years before my injury, I can confidently say Richard has a natural gift for customer service. He knows exactly how to put people at ease without making them feel pressured or obligated, something that sadly is rare in car sales. What started as a very stressful day turned into a truly positive experience thanks to him.

    Richard is a real asset to Ford, and I want to sincerely thank him and the entire team for turning my day around.
