    The first representative was polite and curtious us Handover was fine. However when returning car for MOT the representative was rude and patronising to me, I had to give my Daughter the phone to give him directions were to park the car and we were not contacted by Mini Park Royal of a time of arrival for the return. Which my usual MOT Battersea Mini always call me or text with return times and whom I’ve been using for years.
    As I running errands and without a car, when the driver arrived with car. I was very upset by this experience and will in future be using Battersea to my MIT services in the future.

    There seems to be some communication problems in the early stages when I tried to get the service done. It was very frustrating to get the car service acknowledged.However after many phone calls this matter was rectified and the car was satisfactorily serviced. I do not want to go through that sort of difficulty ever again!!.
