    REVIEW LEFT ON THEIR SITE:

    1. I arrived at 8.35am for my 8.45am service appt. I wasn't seen until 9.30am.

    2. For a motorbility provider, you are not disability-friendly. I told them I needed to take a seat. The only seat available was across the other side of the room and I was forgotten about.

    3. I explained on several occasions that I need a phone call when my car is ready because of my disability. Instead, I got a text message which allowed me less than 30 mins to collect my car.

    4. When I arrived for collection, again, I was made to wait over 40 mins. Another woman (arrived and waiting after me) was seen before me!

    5. Customer service was terrible, was told to "smile" when I was upset with the service.
