    I booked a service and was told my car would be ready the same day. I dropped my car off at the service and all my details, including my phone number, were carefully checked. They said they would text me, but I could also call to confirm, and it would most likely be ready during the day.

    At the end of the day, around 3:30 PM, I called and spoke with a lady from the service; she told me it would be ready at 5 PM. I dropped my car off and traveled for about an hour in the rain. When I arrived, they had sent a message to my secondary contact at 4:50 PM saying the car would be kept for the day and could not be handed over—even though I was there on time at 5 PM.

    So there were three separate issues: the same-day delivery promise when booking, the confirmation process, and the late message sent to the wrong number. Overall, the experience that day was poor. However, they did deliver my car the next day, so there was some compensation for the inconvenience.

    The man asked us what car we would like. I then got into a car that wasn't really suitable but the man said we could try other cars and he was very helpful and I would go back to him again for the third time, because I think he was very good at his job, thank you.
