I am Motability customer and was not given courtesy car as this was short work, relied on taxi to take me home and bring back to collect my car following day. I'm disappointed that no explanation given why car had to stay there longer, as I rely on it to go about. Last time my car was in for same job it was done in about 4 hours and I was waiting. Hope you treat your customers equally as I didn't feel I was, being woman with lilac hair and disabled...

He guided,explained & answered all of my questions & conserns retaining 2 my car that l had chosen. I can/was in a not so agreeable mood, but ‘Jack’ who l must admit was nothing short of a humble “gentleman” who “took it on chin”.
I arrived wid a certain negative frame of mind & 100% gratitude 2 *Jack* whom altered that negativity 2 a 100%. positively.
Which I can honestly say was down 2 Jack, & his patience & the ability 2 actually made ya feel at ease.
