    Hello, I brought my car to your center for service last Friday after a year of receiving it. I was going to take it to the car wash before. When I found out that it was time for the one-year service, I thought that cleaning the entire car was also part of your services. However, the inside of the car and even the trunk were not cleaned at all. Unfortunately, because I have back pain, I didn't check yesterday, but when I saw the car today, I was very surprised. Is washing the car not part of your services?
    I’m not happy about it. Please take care of it

    Terrible.
    Staff were extremely unprofessional. Receptionist was rude, condescending and argumentative.
    They said I should have the car back within the same day and then when I chased them up as they did not communicate with me I saw from the progress link they sent me they had not even started on the car that day and left me without a vehicle for two days.
    No communication at all from them I had to keep chasing them and when I actually did get through to them despite the number of times I had to call they all misinformed me saying one thing different to the other.
    Left me without a car for two days and I had appointments to attend to they said it’d was motability responsibility to provide me with a way to go around and when I did call motability I got no help neither.
    I’ve encounter number of problems with this dealership within my three years of lease and I even have a rude voicemail left by one of their staff on a previous occasion.

    I recently arranged a Motability lease with Hyundai and was supported by Hassan throughout the process. From the very beginning, he made the experience incredibly easy and stress free.

    Hassan was friendly, patient and understanding. I am a mum with two autistic children, which can make attending appointments on time very challenging, but he never made me feel rushed. On the very first day he even stayed behind after hours to help me complete my application.

    He took me for a test drive, explained the car in detail, went through all my options clearly, and even handled the handover for my previous vehicle. He also called me afterwards to check that everything was going well with the new car, which I really appreciated.

    Hassan’s professionalism, kindness and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and positive experience. The whole team at Hyundai were welcoming and helpful, but Hassan truly stood out.

    I am very grateful for his help and would recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding customer service.
