    Alot of confusion over who was applying for the car was under son so I was his appointee/driver so was alot of back and forth with application but I was always called when there became a problem with it going threw now just waiting to make sure gone threw again (right details ) and to say all ok

    Terrible service. Booked an appointment in the morning with Tom for the afternoon. Nobody around when we arrived. After 10 mins a salesman came in and said he'd tell Tom we were there. After a further 20 mins I had to phone the contact centre who called the dealership to get someone to come out to us. Absolutely shocking customer service. I actually wish I'd gone elsewhere now.

    When someone came out he was apologetic, said they didn't know we were there, I of course pointed out that 1 I had an appointment and 2 someone did know I was there! He sorted the order out for us and was efficient which saved me walking out the door. However based on the service overall I'd recommend customers travel further afield as clearly customer service is severely lacking in this place.
