    They did the service very well no problems.. except e very other time we had car serviced the car was cleaned this must be service they no longer do

    Car was delayed also when I went for test drive I was told my seats would be electric to move forward and back and adjustment and also told that my mirrors would fold inwards when locked..On receiving the car seats were manual and the mirrors do not fold in when locked..

    Ella was brilliant,even though we turned up an hour early. And then returned after collection for a copy of the insurance as it wasn’t available on the motability site and I needed it for parking permits.

    Took very long should have had my car ready for the time stated. Staff could also do with being a bit more friendly.

    From getting the car from yourselves, September 2025
    1- I wasn’t shown properly or was given a test
    drive to get a general feel & work out everything
    on driving to home,
    2- left hand screen does not come on when cold weather, this has been the case since, was told by MG Romford that waiting for part, & they would contact me as soon as they get it,
    I have had no contact since mentioned last year,
    Now that the weather is colder again same issues.
    Think maybe lake of communication by MG,
    Otherwise everything else is all fine,
