    I had a fantastic experience collecting my new Volvo from the dealer. Graham was incredibly helpful; he explained everything to me in detail. When it was time to hand over the car keys, he took the extra time to remind me how everything worked in the new car before I left. This made me feel much more confident as I drove away, as he ensured I understood everything I needed to know about my new vehicle.
