    I have revised my review in light of VW's response to my concerns to five stars. Specifically, Mr. Gilbert, the Director of Sales, personally reached out to address and resolve my issues for which I am grateful. Mistakes occur, and it's the responsiveness and resolution that matter. All customers, regardless of need don’t ask to be treated differently, but do often seek understanding and as far as possible a stress free, pleasant experience.
