    Do not use this company for any services. The customer service level is non-existent.

    We were dealt with by Marc Johnson who was the most patronising agent we have ever dealt with. He is incredibly rude and lacks customer-facing skills. The moment he knew we were Motability customers he's demeanor changed towards us.

    Not once did he acknowledge or take note of how important a vehicle can be for a disabled customer. I understand once a vehicle has entered the workshop it can take longer than expected and an exact time frame can be difficult to estimate.

    But Marc did not once keep us updated on the process and kept us in the dark. When we tried to contact him we were told by his Manager Clare he was busy and that she would get him to call us back.

    It takes a good 10-15 mins to get through each time if they do answer. After numerous calls on the first day and second day, we were told by him he had many customers to look after and that we were not the only customers he looked after. Wow!

    He could have easily given us a call during the day when he had an update on the car it would not be returned. He told us after 4 pm when it would be difficult to secure a hire car from Motability until the next day.

    zero customer-facing skills. zero common sense. just simply rude!

    Overall terrible experience and the CEO Jonathan Smith should be contacted about the Citygate Ruislip branch and Marc Johnson.
