    Having problems sending negative feedback tried x4 trying again
    I did not have a good experience when I went to collect my car , the salesman emailed me and also rang me the night before confirming a time (11 am) we arrived 5 mins before that to find that our salesman was busy with a customer.thee was eye contact or greeting from him and after about. 20 mins another gentleman said we had waited long enough I do the handover .we were happy with this but then the problem started .when we. Went to collect our car it was white we. Ordered ref
    When we first said.we wanted the car we ordered a white one but a week later changed our minds for a red one and we were told by ourr salesman no problem
    The taken goes on but basically the salesman communication skills were nil he never apologised and when my husband rang him the next day he denied any such conversation the whole experience was very off putting we were offered a set of car mats . My opinion is that the salesperson new he had made a mistake he could not and did not speak to us on the day and it seems like he is calling us liars I was not happy at all about the service o definitely would not use them ever again and just to add on a positive note we kept the white car
