    Very good except being told to bring insurance details in might have been useful for courtesy car hire. Assumed as it was motability we didnt need to.Consequently due to not living close by had to get a lift home and back to dealership. Time without car was a bit longer than quoted. Used to be better when car was picked up. No longer get this service.
