    No proper handover the sales rep did not show us the inside of the car or any of the controls. He told me that both my husband and I were both insured for the vehicle. The following day I rang the insurance company to add my son to the policy and was told I was not insured. Absolutely appalling. We need another car in September (we currently have an Audi A6). We will not come to you.
