Ive had such a problem with motability customer service and being charged an excess and losing 6 years no claims for a sensor on an electric side door which was faulty. The sensor was an emergency stop sensor, incase something was obstructing the locking door. Luckily it wasnt my childs hand.
Between motorbility and direct line, if they took the mindset and quality, common sense customer service from accrington garages then maybe they would get great reviews too.
