The OMC Ford Accrington Team - Rating 3.0Jul 2, 2025I wasnt impressed that they had my car for 7.5 hours, said on the report that the key needed a new battery but didnt change it.
After collecting i phoned to ask if they had done it/why not and they said it isnt covered by motability but they didnt call whilst they had it to ask if i was happy to pay for it to be changed.
