    I wasnt impressed that they had my car for 7.5 hours, said on the report that the key needed a new battery but didnt change it.
    After collecting i phoned to ask if they had done it/why not and they said it isnt covered by motability but they didnt call whilst they had it to ask if i was happy to pay for it to be changed.
    The solution they offered was for me to drive the 25 mins back to pay them to do it. Not happy especially with how long they had the car.
