    Kept me well informed throughout unfortunately car is now showing engine warning light!! Can't be seen until Monday. Daughter was left alone in car for over an hour waiting for RAC.

    Disappointed with the length of time it took, as was told we would have the car 1st week in January 22 and didn’t receive until end of April 22. Handover with Kevin was good, really polite and friendly. Went through all instruments in the car explaining what they all did. Only downside was that there was only 13 miles worth of petrol in the car when we picked it up so had to go straight to petrol station for fuel.

    Unfortunately, there is a delay with new vehicles coming from the factory, the backlog is due to previous factories being closed in the past couple of years.

    As much as we appreciate the frustration and inconvenience this can cause people, this is something beyond our control as we are waiting for the stock from the manufacturer directly.
    We appreciate all feedback so I will ensure that this is passed over to the relevant leadership team so they can take this on board.
