    Kathy Higham was friendly and polite.
    She helped me throughout the process a great deal, she kept me informed of my cars progress.
    She was able to answer all my questions about a motability car.
    She showed me everything about my car when it came ( which I have remembered most of)

    Service interval on motability scheme way too long. 20k a long time to leave key safety factors unchecked. Oil interval simply preposterous as oil does lat that long any oil irrdespective of quality
