    Couldn’t get courtesy car for the day even with ringing with enough notice.
    Receptionist was rude when we rang with an enquiry and repairs they stated had been fixed haven’t been done

    I found Carl really helpful he went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything answer every question we had didn’t really have many as Carl had covered everything will always highly recommend as walked away happy and felt so welcome from walking in too leaving

    Karl, kept us informed every step of the way and was polite and courteous throughout the process. At some points me and my partner struggled to navigate what we needed to do. No question was too much hassle. All staff members were polite and welcoming on the times we visiting the dealership. We also appreciated that on collection a staff member showed us around the car and how to utilise things we were unsure of. We have been really happy with the service we recieved and are very grateful for the support and advice we recieved having never had a vehicle that meets our needs before. Karl in particular is a credit to the team as we always felt that the communication was honest and open and he would always go a step extra to help us if needed.
