Only one auto car is assigned to this service so had to have a manual that took 20 minutes to find. This car proved to be unsuitable causing me pain resulting in my car being returned to my home later in the day. My plans for the day , shopping, had to be cancelled. Only having 1 auto car available for mot ability clients is ridiculous. I have made my feelings known to Motability.
