    After being promised we wouldn’t need to pay more than 1k to sell our car to be able to move into the motability we arrived to find out we had to pay 2k. After a few exchanged words they kept their initial promise. New car day is supposed to be exciting and enjoyable but I felt it was just ruined through a very basic lack of communication and honor
