    Although the vehicle took longer than expected to arrive, the member of staff were brilliant so we thought until this week when we were told that there was an outstanding amount on our vehicle.

    We have now had to spend days sorting this and getting to the bottom of why the communication hasn't happened and why a manager and member of staff have not advised us of this until now.
