    I’ve visited the dealership a few times over recent months due to ongoing issues with the tyre pressure sensors, which unfortunately remain unresolved. The malfunction light still appears, and after my most recent service I was advised to bring the vehicle back for further investigation, which may take a full day. While I appreciate the follow-up, arranging this can be challenging alongside work commitments, particularly without an accessible or affordable collection service option.

    During my latest visit, I had booked an oil change and decided to wait with my carer. On arrival, I was informed that the vehicle was also due for a full service, which took just over three hours. The service itself was completed efficiently, but I was surprised that the vehicle wasn’t washed afterwards. I was advised that van washes aren’t included, even though the Ford app offers the option at a preferential rate. It might be helpful to update or clarify this within the app so that expectations are clear before booking.

    I also learned that a collection and delivery service is available at an additional cost. It would make a real difference if this option were more clearly communicated, and perhaps reviewed in partnership with Motability to make it more accessible for disabled customers who may find waiting on-site difficult.

    Overall, while the staff were polite and the servicing work was carried out professionally, there are opportunities to improve the customer experience — particularly around communication, consistency between app and dealership services, and accessibility for Motability users. With a few adjustments, Ford could make the process far smoother and more inclusive for all customers.
