    Having to wait around for 2 hours is never ideal.
    Not allowing a curtesy car for mobility customers is a terrible idea.
    Thank god a will never have to experience this again.

    The process was easy , the garage called me to arrange a convenient time for Myself , I checked the car in online , dropped it off , got a call a little later to say it was ready , very happy
