    We dealt with Phil Jones, the Motab specialist in ordering our Skoda Enyaq aka Cher.

    Throughout the process, he was helpful and understood that I’m familiar with cars and tech so he didn’t try patronising me like some salesmen can do. He rang us frequently whilst the car was on order such if it was in the production / shipping / transporting stages etc which I found reassuring through the waiting period rather than being left in the dark.

    We had a bad sales and service experience with the previous car/dealer and so the excellent service offered by Phil and RRG Skoda was a breath of fresh air!
