    Good customer service in garage. Unfortunately I desperately needed a pickup and drop off service at home, but this is no longer available . A service I think Mercedes should offer to genuine customers who occasionally need help. The name Mercedes in my opinion means the Best. Falls short not offering this service. The staff at Whitefield were very polite and caring.

    Great customer service. Let me know every step of the way. A small mix-up as they’d booked car in for a service and MOT but could only carry out MOT as it was too early for service.

    all the staff were very helpful and pleasant the waiting area was very comfortable with tea and coffee available and when my car had been serviced and m .o .t it was brought to the door and it had been valeted and the person that looked after me went through the paper work a pleasant experience all round i was recommended this dealer two cars a go and do not mind travelling from Liverpool to get any work done

    Every person involved in the whole process, from arranging the car service, arrival and collection with the reception, and by the service department, was excellent, efficient and with a very high standard of courtesy.
