    Unfortunately I was unaware that Parks Hyundai was no more and had to book my 1st service on my Motability car with Arnold Clark. I recieved no letter or email letting me know.
    I arranged the service online as advised. I then called them to ask for a courtesy car or a loan of 1 of the workers cars only to be told that they were fully booked up until March but there was plenty to do in the area. I told them I was disabled and couldn't walk far. Still no offer of alternative transport to either get home 1/2 an hour away or to get into the city centre. We arrived to drop off the car and my fiancé asked if someone could deliver my car home as we only had a loan of my friend's car for an hour or so. Again, told no cars until March and they won't deliver the car that far away (25 miles by motorway). Left my car, went home. Was kept up to date by text as to when work started on car and then one to say work complete. Tried calling them to see if able to pick it then but no answer. Eventually they called when we were on the road to the garage. I have to say the staff I dealt with was nice enough and only doing their job. However, did not appreciate my seat being left in the position of the person who drove it into service garage. I banged my head and could hardly get into the car as they had left the seat at the highest amd nearest positonto the steering wheel. This is not acceptable for anyone who has their seat in a specific position for their comfort. I know most car companies have a specialist in Motability but I feel in my opinion that ALL STAFF should be trained in the importance of this. My opinion is that there was no consideration for disabilities whosoever. I have already made the decision to see if the dealer closer to home have taken over the Hyundai side and will do my service next year,hopefully getting better consideration.
