    Our handover was incredible. As soon as we arrived Simon allowed us to transfer our stuff from one car to the other, he then thoroughly went through the paperwork, made sure we understood the terms of our lease & made sure we were happy. Once we had gotten into the new car Simon joined us for a little lesson in the infotainment system & gave some advice on how to make the most of our range & charge in the car. He ensured we were 100% okay before letting us go. Simon has been a pleasure to deal with from the start & I cannot praise him enough. Thank you so much!

    Simon was amazing at the motibility event & it made us decide that even if we didn't like the car we had in mind we wanted to give our business to Simon. He was very relaxed with us, very honest & made us feel at ease. This is my first motibility car & so I wasn't sure what to expect but honestly we couldn't have asked for a better experience than we have had. Even my little girl Matilda enjoyed her experience. We're so grateful to the time that Simon took to show us the different options & discuss everything in detail with us. He is truly a credit to the company :)
