    A genuinely terrible experience. I waited an extra 6 weeks for the service so a courtesy car was available. When I arrived I was told their was no courtesy car! problems with the MG I reported have not been rectified and the car was washed with the rear window open, leaving thr inside of the car soaking

    Firstly, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of a courtesy car. This was a clear oversight on our part, especially after you waited an additional six weeks to ensure one would be available. We understand how frustrating this must have been and are reviewing our scheduling and communication processes to prevent this from happening again.

    Regarding the unresolved issues with your MG, I am sorry that these were not addressed to your satisfaction. Your concerns should have been thoroughly resolved, and I regret that this did not happen.
    Lastly, I apologize for the incident involving the car wash. Washing the car with the rear window open is unacceptable, and we are taking immediate steps to ensure such mistakes do not recur.
