Firstly I was dreading going to a car showroom, from past experience Iv found it too much like hard work with car salesman’s being to pushy and not listening . Definitely a male environment. How wrong I was this time I went with my son for support we made an appointment to go see Joe at the BMW Mini showroom in Colne. What a great guy , friendly not pushy at all …. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose , I felt at ease no pressure at all . Over all the the experience was not stressful at all Iv got a great car to drive .
