    The service guy who originally had spoken to me about bringing my car in he was extremely rude, but the manager and the other guy was very very nice and actually really helped me out so I do appreciate that I don’t think it’s right though do you for a service guy to put the phone down on a customer?

    It's been very disappointing this time. My collection was forgotten about it, then when it was collected it came back with tyre pressure alerts and no paperwork about the service itself. Not valeted either. So whether things have changed in the dealership but compared to service previously it hasn't been great, sadly. I understand they were kind enough to collect my vehicle as I'd just come out of hospital. Which I really appreciated.

    Dropped car on Tuesday for mot no contact from bmw so rang 5 that evening to be told it failed and parts be in next day
    Following day no contact so rand at 2.30 to be told parts hadn’t arrived so would be next day
    Following day no contact so rang 2.30 to be told tail light still not on delivery so would be next day (Friday) rang Friday at 2 to be told would be ready by 5 wife picked car up Friday evening
    I drove Saturday morning amber light on to say tail light failed rang bmw to be told they must have forgot to take it off and could I pop in on the Monday and they would do it
    Customer service is terrible

    Customer service was great. I waited for 2 hours for a pre-booked brake fluid service. Someone had parked a dealership new car in the disabled bay. I'm disabled so I blocked it in. I reported it to the guy who was dealing with my appointment and he was not happy about it. I have zero complaints about him but please don't use a disabled bay because you're feeling lazy.
