    The dealership was absolutely fantastic. After ordering our car through a different dealership, and then being told we would have to wait an additional three months on top of our additional weight, we looked around for another dealership that could help. We found crew BMW and were thrilled that they did not rest until they had found us a car, got it transferred over to them very quickly And we were able to collect the car earlier than the initial date from our first dealership. They could not have done more. We are thrilled to say a great big thank you.

    The service guy who originally had spoken to me about bringing my car in he was extremely rude, but the manager and the other guy was very very nice and actually really helped me out so I do appreciate that I don’t think it’s right though do you for a service guy to put the phone down on a customer?
