    Rude on telephone and in person. Car went in with one issue, came out with that issue plus the engine warning light on which we contacted your hyde branch about and was told they couldn't get us in for a few weeks! Called motability who informed us that the rac needed to recover the vehicle as it wasn't fit to drive. Rac fixed vehicle, spark plugs had not been attatched correctly after service!? Overall our experience with stoneacre hyde over the 3 years has been extremely disappointing.
