    Took lot longer than told , there is a mark on the car when I pick it up, asked for someone to look at it as it wasn’t there when I left it, was told the service manager would give me a call, they took a picture of it to show him, 30hour later he has not called me. Very disappointed.

    The staff were great there.
    There was one little thing however. After the car was handed back to me I had to spend 5 minutes trying to plug my dash cam back in as the mechanic had unplugged it. I understand why, but they should plug it back it back in and make sure they put the wires back where they were. Not to do so just seems to be lazy to me.

    I have checked the footage, and I have 2 hours of him as the battery in the camera was fully charged. So it was something of an exercise in futility.

    Despite that, I am happy with the rest of the service that's provided at this dealership.

    Told by receptionist my car would take an hour for oil change.after 1.75 hours I went to the reception. My keys where on the service managers desk. How long they had been there I don't know. Impressed with the free healthcheck video

    The team are always so helpful and accommodating. I just wish the Fiesta wasn’t being taken off production line, I would more than happily have stayed with Ford, but not to be sadly. Thankyou for your excellent help over the years.
