    The service team went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, providing clear updates and excellent support throughout the process. A special thanks to the valeter, who finally managed to get the car properly cleaned – a noticeable improvement from past experiences!

    Wonderful experience from start to finish. Simon smith was brilliant he talked us through the whole process and he even sent us a car presentation video before we picked up the vehicle which we thought was a lovely touch . Fantastic ten out of ten service .

    Six months ago I had the pleasure of meeting Simon Smith at Oldham Audi. Shortly thereafter I placed an order for a Q4 Fastback which I have recently collected - and I am extremely pleased with it.
    Simon did a sterling job of handling the whole process and when hand over time arrived did a great job of explaining everything to me - which I will try to remember but Simon did say pop back in a week or two for a refresher!
    The car is fabulous - its a joy to be in and drives superbly, its my first Audi and I am impressed.
