- Rating 1.0Feb 29, 2024I ordered a new audi q2 s line 35 tfsi last week but got a call later that there was a cancellation. The only problem was it was a different colour with extra charge £150 but the agent name Simon said he would cancel that charge for me. I came in to pay the deposit but noticed he didn't cancel the extra charge I questioned him he said because it wasn't authorised and plus they can easily get rid of it with the extra charge. I felt cheated and let down. He also said it's only £150 extra so made me feel vulnerable into accepting. If he can get rid of it with the extra charge why did he have the need to lie on the phone and said he will waive that off. I didn't even get a copy of agreement at the end and I said I still feel not good about the extra £150 he shrugged it off saying oh well the colour is nice didn't once feel bad about agreeing on the phone that he would not charge me I felt let down and considering not renewing with Audi in 3 years timeResponse from Jardine Oldham AudiMar 4, 2024Hi Rifat, we’re sorry to read your review.
