    Absolutely awful service. 16 weeks I waited after being told they ordered the car. (They hadn’t) I found out 16 weeks later after multiple visits and calls I was being told no one was available to talk constantly. It took me to get in touch with the head office before Mini actually told me that the order had not even been put through! The customer service in Mini Liverpool was an absolute disgrace ! Never seen anywhere so bad

We looked at so many cars including VW,Honda,Audi,Toyota & none of them had sales persons as good as Williams Mini Liverpool.Jake & Ben gave us all the information we needed & were really friendly. You have 2 excellent sales people there & I will be recommending people to Williams Mini. The staff at VW Wirral could learn a lot from your staff. We can't wait to get our Mini.

    Ahamed Raazi dealt with the order from start to finish. He was patient ,informative and very pleasant. I was quite nervous entering the showroom, however Mr Raazi put me at ease and reassured me and made sure that I was making the right choice.

    Absolutely terrible, I have had the car for over 2 years and whilst I would gladly have the same car it wouldn't be from this dealership.

    Polite, courteous and friendly staff who made me feel welcome and at ease from the moment I walked through the door. Excellent service.

    I have my mini booked in for several weeks for a “while you wait” service. I was told the service would take 90 minutes when booking. On the day of the service I parked the car outside the service reception were it remained untouched for 1 hour 15 mins. Eventually taking over 3 hours.
    Appointments are for convenience to avoid frustration from customers waiting around, clearly Williams mini don’t understand the appointment concept. Place no value on customers time, No explanation or apology, I would avoid this place if you have an alternative.
