(They hadn’t) I found out 16 weeks later after multiple visits and calls I was being told no one was available to talk constantly. It took me to get in touch with the head office before Mini actually told me that the order had not even been put through! The customer service in Mini Liverpool was an absolute disgrace ! Never seen anywhere so bad
